Job Description
We are looking for a qualified fitness instructor to join our organization and implement training programs for our clients. The fitness instructor will assess clients, compile reports, and develop fitness levels, assisting clients in reaching their goals with a passion for health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and delivery of fitness programs.
- Assisting members in reaching individual goals.
- Maintaining and improving organizational goals.
- Ensuring client safety during training.
- Conducting initial client assessments.
- Monitoring BMI regularly.
- Motivating clients through weight loss plateaus.
Requirements:
- A Levels and/or foundation course.
- Accredited SL Foundation or other certification.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Excellent results delivery.
- Able to work early and late hours.
