Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Sri Lanka regulations and maintain knowledge of payment products.
- Plan and execute Digital Payments projects following the transformation Roadmap.
- Assess and enhance digital payment capabilities, develop strategy/roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal/external entities for digital payments initiatives.
- Support digitization of company’s products.
- Deliver company objectives and KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years experience in digitizing payment strategies and enhancing customer experience.
- Experience in banking, payments, fintech, business development, and strategy formation.
- Strong communication, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Passion for FinTech and staying updated on industry trends.
