Job Description
Our client is a leading business process management company in Sri Lanka.
Shift: 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm (UK Calendar)
Location: Orion City.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals in performing all aspects of the Record to Report (R2R) process.
- Analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive reports for management, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Oversee the processing of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise financial information.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years relevant experience in Finance Reporting (R2R).
- Conversant in accounting Packages Sage 200 & NetSuite.
- Experience in working in UK payable transaction processing preferred.
- Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification in CIMA / ACCA / AAT/ CMA/ CA.
- Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Willingness to work for the UK Time (12.30 pm to 9.30 pm) and Calendar.
