Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a prominent MNC in Colombo. The role involves providing financial support to meet operational and finance needs within company guidelines. Responsibilities include annual planning, monthly financial reporting, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
The Selected Candidates Will Be Responsible For:
- Ensuring accuracy and alignment of business segment financials with the annual plan.
- Timely preparation and review of annual plans for business segments.
- Providing analyses for pricing decisions and risk assessment in SCM functions.
- Ensuring adherence to internal controls in the Finance Division.
Required Qualifications And Skills:
- Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK with 5+ years experience in Management Accounting or financial planning.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing company financial behavior and Costing systems.
- Proficiency in Accounting, SAP, Decision Making, and Problem Solving.
- Skills in Strategic Thinking, Business Acumen, and Financial analysis.
