POSITION: Director of Finance
LOCATION: Kenya
SALARY: $6,500 – $12,500 USD per month
OVERVIEW: Our client, a prominent manufacturing company in Kenya, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of the organization. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in finance, accounting, and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
– Oversee all financial activities including budgeting and reporting
– Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with accounting standards
– Lead and mentor the finance team
– Collaborate with other departments for business performance
PRE-REQUISITES:
– CA or CIMA qualified
– 10+ years of experience in a financial management role
– Overseas working experience required
– Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
