Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support growth and profitability
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets accurately
- Provide guidance to management on financial decisions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas
- Lead financial planning and analysis process
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CA
- Strong understanding of financial reporting for PLCs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective presentation and interpersonal abilities
Desired Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial planning and reporting at managerial level
- PLC experience in areas like Tax, month-end closure, and budgeting a plus
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan accounting standards and tax regulations
