Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial reporting strategy in compliance with SLFRS, IFRS, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and execute local tax strategy and policies.
- Ensure regulatory reporting to Central Bank of Sri Lanka and others.
- Review internal control over financial reporting.
- Computation and submission of regulatory prudential limits.
- Maintain a professional relationship with auditors and regulators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Expertise in financial and regulatory reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with regulators and tax laws.
