Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive Financial Analyst to collaborate with senior management, analyze operational and financial data, generate reports, and offer strategic insights to support GAIA’s expansion.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and pinpoint business drivers
- Prepare monthly reports for decision-making
- Provide insights to achieve key performance indicators
- Facilitate project governance and valuations
- Collaborate with business units for efficiency improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Basic project management skills
