Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Financial Analyst located in Colombo. The Manager – Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial statements, financial reporting, and other finance-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, interpret branch-wise, product-wise data to evaluate business performance
- Support development of reports to communicate key performance trends
- Assist in preparing Annual Budget and forecasts
- Track business performance KPIs and identify root causes of under/over performance
Qualifications
- Financial Planning and Reporting skills
- Analytical Skills
- Experience with financial statements
- Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with Data Analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Qualification in CA, CIMA, or equivalent
