Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Colombo requires a Financial Analyst to handle financial planning, analyzing data, preparing statements, and reporting. Strong analytical skills and finance knowledge are essential.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate business performance
- Support detailed reporting on key performance trends
- Assist in preparing Annual Budget and forecasts
- Provide input to set challenging business goals
- Track progress against performance indicators
Requirements
- Full/Part Qualification in CA, CIMA, or equivalent
- High Proficiency in English
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Team Player
- Advanced Excel knowledge, Data Analytics tools experience
- Experience in a bank/financial institution is a plus
