Key Requirements:
- Proven 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience with NetSuite Oracle accounting systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and articulate financial data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Bonus Skills:
- Modeling, forecasting, and budgeting exposure.
- International experience.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting and finance standards.
- Execute month-end tasks for timely reporting.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Conduct reconciliations and data analysis.
