Job Description

OVERVIEW

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing tax obligations, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves financial analysis, providing performance insights, and collaborating with external teams for reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluating the company’s financial health.
• Introducing biweekly cash flow meetings to supervise treasury operations.
• Establishing monthly finance review meetings to evaluate financial and managerial aspects.
• Developing the annual budget and monitoring performance against it.
• Collaborating with department heads across the organization.
• Providing crucial assistance to the external audit team to enhance the accuracy and quality of financial records.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional qualifications like ACCA, CIMA, or CA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
