Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies for the group of companies.
- Manage and oversee all financial operations.
- Provide financial information and reports.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Finance or related field; CA full qualification preferred.
