Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Key Management person of the Company and ensure maintaining excellent Business and Accounting practices.
- Responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and advising management on future directions.
- Analyze and recommend future expansion possibilities through brand acquisitions or new locations.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for smooth finance and business operations.
- Manage Management/Quarterly and Year-End Accounts while ensuring statutory compliance.
- Oversee operational accounting and ensure accurate financial management.
- Coordinate with franchisee owners on financial activities.
Requirements:
- Member of CA Sri Lanka, additional membership in CIMA/ACCA is a plus.
- MBA from a reputed organization is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of Accounting and Finance experience with 5 years post-qualification.
- Minimum 3 years in a Senior Management position.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry preferred.
- Proficient in ERP Systems, preferably Oracle or SAP.
- Excellent communication and English language skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in a challenging role.
- Age between 35 and 45 years.
