Role Description: This full-time on-site role as a finance manager at Lenzing Lanka Group in Gampaha District involves overseeing financial activities, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka membership
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing with 3+ years in a similar role
- ERP experience, Peachtree system familiarity advantageous
- Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Budget Management skills
- Financial planning, strategy development experience
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- CPA or CFA certification a plus
