Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and monitor finance policies across the group.
- Plan and manage group cash flows while maintaining healthy credit terms/facilities.
- Review and authorize payments in line with company policies and tax regulations.
- Finalize monthly management accounts and report financial performance against KPIs.
- Guide in meeting Finance Department’s KPIs.
- Liaison with tax consultants and authorities along with all stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Member of CA Sri Lanka with a degree in Finance or Accountancy.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and business processes.
- 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing/Manufacturing.
- 5-8 years overall experience with 2-3 years in a reputed audit firm.
- Hands-on experience in ERPs and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Salary 350K-450K (Negotiable)
