JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Finance Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of IFRS 17 accounting standards within Janashakthi Life, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing financial reporting practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a management role in the Insurance Industry.
- Proven experience in IFRS 17 standards and implementation strategies
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of overall financial processes, practices, and policies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
