Designation: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Manage cash flow and optimize investment strategies to support hospital operations.

Key Requirements
- Member of ACCA or CA with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce from a recognized university preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
