Designation: Finance Manager

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Manage cash flow and optimize investment strategies to support hospital operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.

Key Requirements

  • Member of ACCA or CA with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce from a recognized university preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
