Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial aspects of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage cash flow, banking, and investment activities.
- Develop financial policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years UK account experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
