Position: Finance Manager

Must have:
- Over 3 years of proven experience as a Financial Manager or Senior Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for top management.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and compare performance with business plans.
- Oversee finance department operations and set goals.
- Liaise with auditors and collaborate with various departments.
- Manage payroll, costing, budgeting, and supervise the finance team.
Qualifications:
- BSc/BBA degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional qualifications in CA.
- Over 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager or Senior Accountant.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage employees and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of financial statistics and statutory legislation.
