Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Finance to join Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

As the Manager of Corporate Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in preparing and scrutinizing management accounting reports. Your focus will be on meticulously analyzing projections against actuals to ensure accuracy and guide strategic decisions. Collaborating closely with the John Keells Group corporate finance team, you’ll facilitate the exchange of vital information and cater to their specific needs.

In this role, you’ll support the Director of Corporate Finance in annual planning and reforecasting efforts. This involves consolidating sector data for comprehensive presentations while upholding transparency and compliance standards. Your involvement in IT projects will enhance your ability to adapt to evolving informational requirements efficiently.

You’ll also be responsible for cash flow forecasting and conducting business valuations, both critical for assessing financial health. Additionally, delving into competitor analysis and conducting special investigations will offer invaluable insights necessary for maintaining competitiveness in the market.
