Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all statutory financial reporting functions for the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Manage tax planning, taxation, payments, and coordinate with tax authorities and consultants.
- Liaise with financial institutions and handle fund management and treasury functions.
- Provide management reporting and timely dissemination of information to senior management.
- Implement robust financial systems, controls, and standard operating practices.
- Supervise and manage the finance team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Full qualification in ACCA/ACA.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a reputed audit firm and 4 years in a reputed mercantile company/MNC.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
