Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager / Accountant at NIPPON Helmets & Toys Pvt Ltd located in Paragahadeniya. The Finance Manager / Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. They will also manage accounts payable and receivable, perform general ledger reconciliations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Accountant
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CIMA / CA or CMA certification is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
