We Are Hiring
Finance Intern
Our client is one of the reputed companies located in Colombo.
Responsibilities:
- Performing valuation analysis, financial modeling using appropriate techniques
- Assisting in preparing business pitch reports, Information Memorandums, investor presentation materials
- Involvement in M&A, Private Equity, and Capital market related assignments
- Colombo Stock Exchange sector coverage and research
- Liaising with teams, project management, execution
Qualifications:
- Final year student of first Degree in Finance or Accounting, or final stage student of CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- Prior experience in investment banking/advisory/corporate finance/M&A/Private Equity advantageous
- Strong work ethics, analytical skills, detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Candidates working towards CFA designation preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills
