Job Description
Job Duties
- Process payments and invoices
- Reconcile invoices with billings
- Issue invoices to customers
- Track and make payments
- Review and reimburse employee expenses
- Make bank deposits and maintain records
- Validate invoices against received items/services
- Check financial transactions for accuracy
- Key data into the accounting system
- Disburse funds as necessary
Requirements
- Undergrad & Graduate Students eligible
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office and Email
- Basic Accounting knowledge
