Role Description
- Process payments and documents like invoices
- Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings
- Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold
- Make and track payments
- Make bank deposits and keep records
- Validate invoices against items or services received
- Key data into company accounting system
Qualifications
- Undergraduates pursuing a Degree in Accounting and Finance or Partly Qualified in ICASL, CIMA, or AAT
- Effective written communication skills and comprehension
- Strong skills in MS Office packages especially Excel & Word
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
