Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Finance Executive at UCL. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Manager-Finance to support various financial functions and contribute to the efficient operation of our organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange supplier payments and ensure adherence to payment terms.
- Process library refunds, scholarship refunds, and other transactions accurately.
- Manage statutory payments and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain marketing budget and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Handle parent and student inquiries on fee-related matters.
- Facilitate cash advances settlement for staff members.
- Coordinate bank documentation for fund transfers.
- Support in annual audits and reporting tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills and deadline-oriented.
