Job Description
To be responsible for providing financial and administrative services ensuring effective, efficient, and accurate collection processes in compliance with policies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain AR processes and procedures, implementing best practices.
- Process AR in ERP following accounting standards.
- Ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Review debtor list, drive collections, and respond to queries.
- Form collection strategies and monitor accounts for irregularities.
- Collect PDC/Cheques promptly.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CA/CIMA/ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience.
