Responsibilities :

• Handling principal reporting activities.
• Preparation of journal entries & posting to ERP accounting system.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation.
• Ensure to provide timely and accurate financial reports to management.
•  Handling operation related finance matters and provide assistance to team members when required.
• Coordinate with business unit on all accounts payable.
• Assist on both internal & external audits with the required information timely.
• Handling taxation related works.
• Preparation of invoices & estimates.
• Debtors following up.
• Handling intercompany matching reports.
• Interact with the teams and identify & support the process automation for smoother operations.

Requirements :

• Partly qualified in accounting professional qualifications (CIMA,ACCA,CA,etc).
• Proven experience as a Finance Executive.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS office.
• 2-3 years of experience in a finance role with a focus on auditing is required.
