Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and receipts.
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
