Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive at FITS Retail in Rajagiriya. Responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions. Involves verifying invoices, reconciling records, ensuring timely payments, and resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger.
- Prepare payment runs.
- Handle queries from suppliers.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Support finance team with audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
