Job Description
Provide recommendations for cost optimization and business improvements.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and address variances.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and implement cash management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate monthly accounts and complete them by the 7th of each month.
- Keep accurate QuickBooks entries and reconcile accounts (Accounts Payable, bank entries, accruals).
- Manage accounts for different locations (e.g., Dubai, Singapore, Dhaka) and ensure timely submissions.
- Participate in training programs and assist colleagues as needed.
- Perform special tasks or projects as assigned by the line manager.
- Engage in cost reconciliation and data entry in QuickBooks on time.
