Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and authorization.
- Prepare and process payments, ensuring timely disbursement.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Investigate discrepancies between vendor statements and company records.
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth payment processes.
- Knowledge of VAT / SVAT concepts & ensure vendor tax compliance.
Qualifications:
- Part or fully qualified Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledgeable on tax changes affecting work.
- Experience in an ERP environment (Odoo System) is a plus.
