Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead finance partnering activities for all businesses, including new ventures.
- Collaborate with business leaders in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Develop financial plans to drive growth and profitability targets.
- Analyze financial and information data to measure impacts and key indicators.
- Present financial insights to evaluate performance and provide recommendations.
- Drive business towards target KPIs by offering proactive insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Professional qualifications like CA, CFA are a plus.
- 10-15 years’ experience in Finance Partnering/FP&A, preferably in Tech.
- Experience in building and scaling tech teams regionally.
- Proven track record in achieving business finance objectives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
