Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key business units and factory operations teams to provide financial guidance and insights.
- Analyze financial performance of factory operations, identifying trends, and recommending cost-saving actions.
- Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Liaise with senior management to drive operational decisions and identify financial risks/opportunities.
- Support pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and optimize working capital.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner within FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in financial software.
- Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
