Job Description
A Leading Company based in Colombo is looking for Finance and Payroll Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze payroll data.
- Confidently operate within various ERP systems to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Generating Invoices in ERP and following up on payments.
- Maintain all accounts to date.
- Liaising with channel partners for payments and invoices.
Requirements:
- Completion of AAT or partly qualified in CIMA/ACCA.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and confident in navigating them.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
