Position: Team Leader – Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team in the Record to Report (R2R) process.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage journal entries and account reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in Finance Reporting (R2R).
- Proficient in Sage 200 & NetSuite.
- Experience in UK payable transactions.
- Degree in CIMA/ACCA/AAT/CMA/CA.
- Advanced Excel skills.
