Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Support Engineer based in Colombo. The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware issues laptops, printer, network and supplies-related issues, providing technical and customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Operating Systems and networking
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
