Role Description:
We are hiring a full-time Field Sales Manager. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, implementing strategies, nurturing dealer relationships, hitting sales targets, and giving exceptional customer service. Market analysis and feedback are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a dynamic sales team
- Manage dealers and distributors
- Execute a sales and marketing strategy
- Implement efficient Dealer Support Program
- Act as a brand ambassador for GFloor (www.gfloor.lk)
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated field sales management & achievement of targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in flooring industry or related field
- Knowledge of vinyl flooring products
- Market trend analysis & business opportunity identification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
