Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Field Survey Officer to conduct shop audits and assessments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting various retail locations to collect data, verify information, and ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines. The Field Survey Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail locations to perform shop audits and assessments.
- Verify inventory levels, product placement, pricing, and promotional activities in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collect data and information regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Identify discrepancies or issues related to product quality, pricing discrepancies, or compliance with company policies.
- Document findings accurately and thoroughly using designated tools or software.
- Communicate effectively with store managers or personnel to address any issues or concerns identified during audits.
- Provide recommendations and insights to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions or process improvements based on audit findings.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit data and reports.
