Waterlily Farm (Pvt) Ltd has a vacancy for a talented Farm Manager to join our team. Location near Batticaloa preferred.

The Farm Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing daily farm operations to ensure productivity and profitability. Key responsibilities include planning, resource management, staff supervision, quality control, and sustainability.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field, expertise in piggery management, 5+ years of farm management experience, knowledge of modern farming practices, and proficiency in Sinhala preferred.
