Role Description:
We are looking for a Factory Owner to oversee operations, manage production processes, ensure quality control, optimize factory efficiency, conduct inventory management, and implement health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience in factory operations and management
- Knowledge of quality control and production optimization
- Inventory management and supply chain expertise
- Health and safety protocols implementation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in international trade and export/import regulations (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
