Designation: Factory Manager

Location: Bandaragama

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of factory personnel
• Deep understanding of Sri Lankan regulations and quality standards
• Strong focus on cost control and resource optimization
• Implement world-class processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Implement cost-saving strategies and streamline production processes
• Identify and resolve production issues, maximizing output

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or NDT qualification in Manufacturing Management or Industrial Engineering
• 10+ years of production management experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply-chain management
• Experience with GMP and ISO 9001 certifications
• Fluency in Sinhala and English
