Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at Tea Tang. The Factory Manager will oversee production planning, production management, operations management, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis in Colombo.

Qualifications:

• Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations skills
• Experience in Operations Management
• Strong background in Production Management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Previous experience in the tea industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering will help
