Role Description
This full-time on-site role involves overseeing day-to-day operations at our factory in Colombo. Responsibilities include production planning, quality control, and managing the overall production process to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven managerial experience, preferably in dried fruits or similar agricultural products.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and food safety standards.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and cost control.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in food manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily operations, optimizing production processes.
