Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at Global Vinyl (Pvt) Limited. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and overseeing manufacturing operations in the facility located in Pannala/Ekala.
Qualifications
- Production Planning and Operations Management skills
- Quality Control expertise
- Experience in Production Management
- Strong background in Manufacturing Operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of PVC and/or polymer-based background is a plus.
- Experience with Extrusion/Calendar plants is a plus.
