Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Production planning, control of factory costs, and achieving target cost of production.
- Developing a food safety culture to GFSI standards, ensuring certification requirements.
- Leading and developing the factory team, improving efficiencies.
- Implementing preventive maintenance systems, managing spare parts.
- Evaluating project proposals, quotations, and managing project budgets.
- Overseeing plant installation, commissioning, and equipment performance.
- Supervising welding, fabrication work, and machinery selection.
- Coordinating multiple projects internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- BSc Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years managerial experience.
- Computer literacy essential, familiarity with software like AUTO CAD, project management, and SAP desirable.
