Leading MNC Company Looking for Sector Head / Factory Head
Location – Meerigama
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and allocate budgets for the Food Solutions Sector.
- Enhance customer service and explore new markets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster growth and excellence.
- Supervise staff and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to policies, safety procedures, and laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or food science with an MBA.
- Minimum of a decade of experience in a senior management role.
- Negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, and business acumen.
- People management and lean manufacturing experience.
