Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at DPJ Holdings. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams across different business verticals, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute overall factory operations to meet deadlines including optimizing resources, budget allocation, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Implement and maintain rigorous Total Quality Management across the entire production process.
• Design, develop and implement appropriate production and organizational policies and key performance indicators.
• Customer relationship management including timely and accurate order fulfilment to ensure excellent satisfaction levels and maintain high standards.
• Active participation in the sales and marketing process.
• Regular ongoing monitoring of staff to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in an equivalent capacity.
• Experienced in managing overall business operations, sales and marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of the production process up to finishing and packing.
• A dynamic personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, guide, and motivate a team is a must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Monitor the progress of sales volumes to business/sales plan.
• Ability to work with extremely confidential information/situations and maintain confidentiality.
