Role Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Factory Engineer in Divulapitiya. Your responsibilities include overseeing operations, equipment maintenance, ensuring productivity, and implementing quality control measures. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations management
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
